TPL Properties Ltd said on Monday its REIT Fund 1, managed by TPL REIT Management Company, has achieved its first financial close, a securities filing showed.
TPL Properties Limited has announced that its indirect subsidiary TPL Investment Management Ltd (TPLIM) incorporated in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), has been granted a commercial license and a category 3C Financial Services Permission (FSP) by the ADGM’s Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) under the Financial Services and Markets Regulations 2015, allowing it to manage a collective investment fund.
TPL Properties Ltd said on Wednesday its wholly-owned subsidiary, TPL REIT Management Company Ltd, has signed unit subscription agreements with “initial investors” in its first funding round of Rs18.35 billion for TPL REIT Fund I.
