TPL REIT Fund, TPL’s technology-focused private fund, has proposed a major shift in its earlier announced plan regarding the wind-up of TPL Technology Zone Phase I (Private) Limited (TTZ), the special purpose vehicle (SPV) undertaking Project C – Technology Park.
During a preliminary site investigation at our development near Korangi Creek, our team encountered a pocket of underground gas while drilling a test well for water exploration.
This is to inform that the TPL team is proactively managing a natural fire that ignited in an open area adjacent to the boundary of its Mangrove property. The fire has been largely contained through the diligent efforts of the fire department, supporting rescue agencies, local government authorities, and the TPL team.
