Mr. Ursani, a Barrister-at-Law and Advocate of the High Court of Sindh, brings over seven years of experience in corporate law, governance, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory. He has successfully guided organizations through complex legal and regulatory landscapes both in Pakistan and internationally.

During his four years with TPL Corp, Mr. Ursani has been instrumental in leading legal and company secretarial matters across the Group. In his previous role as Assistant General Counsel, he advised executive management and the Board of Directors, managed litigation and regulatory matters, oversaw corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and ensured compliance with governance and regulatory requirements. His earlier practice with Hafeez Pirzada Law Associates and RIAA Barker Gillette further strengthened his expertise in corporate law and dispute resolution.

Mr. Ursani holds an LLB from the University of London, an LLM in Arbitration Law from Nottingham Trent University, UK, additionally, he has completed the Barristers' Training Course and was called to the Bar by the Honorable Society of Lincoln's Inn, London. He is also an Internationally Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator.
