TPL REIT Fund shall be managed by TPL REIT Management Company Limited (‘the Manager”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of TPL Properties Limited. The company has been incorporated and licensed by SECP to undertake REIT management services .

The Manager has placed a highly experienced professional management team with strong expertise in investment and asset management of real estate development and yielding assets across Pakistan. It shall set the strategic direction for TPL Pakistan REIT and manage its assets to maximize return for the units’ holders through dividend distributions and growth in asset value.

In addition, the Manager shall adhere to the guidelines set out by the Independent Shariah Committee, Investment Committee, and Advisory board, to ensure that the fund adopts a standard of compliance that is accepted in the region in all aspects of its operation.
